An almost too good to be true offering of 5000 MB Web Space and 110 GB Monthly Bandwidth Transfer for only $4.95 a month from HostingPlex, a Canadian based company. They have a toll free number, 1-866-276-6630. Always a good sign! (I have no financial interest in or personal experience with this company.)
Hostingplex is a scam. Hostingplex is one of the worst hosting companies on the face of the planet.
Hostingplex and their money back guarantee? It doesn’t exist.
Hostingplex and their affiliate program? It doesn’t exist.
If you ever want to see your money again keep it in your pocket, do not send it to Hostingplex the scam!

To be honest I’m not really here to prove what is or what isn’t the truth.
I can certainly assure you that I’ve worked for Hostingplex for more than a year and a half and have been the absolute best I could have been during that time.
Now after I’ve quit they’re charging back/disputing all of the previous payments they’ve made to me via paypal.
Sad, sad situation.
This account of a hostingplex customer’s experience of their incompetence, apatyy and attempts to extort money to which they are not entitled should be enoguth to put off anyone foolish enough to think of using them.
i was a hostingplex customer for 2 weeks. funny thing is, i spent those 2 weeks trying to get my money back. i used them to register a domain name for me and i was never granted access to modify domain information. contacts to the support center went unread. only way i could talk to someone was through the web interface, and they were of absolutely no help. i had to fight with kevin to get my money back, even threaten to take them to the BBB and complain to ICANN. eventually he transferred my money back and deleted all my forum threads, as well as the account used to create them. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.
