MetaFilter attracts an eclectic mix of people. It has a take-no-prisoners approach to n00bs (new members) and to the opinionated MeFi veteran with a weak post.

Membership periodically opens and closes depending on the whim of founder Matt Haughey. It’s a rough and tumble place with a mix of news, politics, trolls, trash, agendas and more. Some Kyocera cell phone models may contain a counterfeit lithium-ion battery which has the potential to overheat, catch fire or burst. Models include Kyocera 3200 Series, Kyocera X400/KE400 Series and the Kyocera Slider Series (SE44/SE47).
