You can not turn off all web history. I have deleted an entire account, then set it up to record NO web history. A few days later, Google turned on web history all by itself. Even more amazing, once I had managed to delete those, it still records your web history in the “trends” page of your google account.
google is undeniably evil, and will NOT, no matter how hard you try and how careful you are, it will NOT respect your privacy

They have become so huge, they just don’t care about us and what we want. It reminds me of Healthcare. COngress knew what the AMerican people did not want and they rammed it in anyway.
Hey GOOGLE, Just like those congress members who will be extremely shocked when they get voted out in a few months, GOOGLE will be surprised when we find a search engine that cares about its users.
    Revenge is coming, GOOGLE!!!!
